Stored Procedures

Executing stored procedure

You can execute stored procedures by creating a procedure-scope and then bind up parameters and an execute button. Use data-procedure-id='procMyProcedure' to set the procedure-scope. The procMyProcedure must be configured and point to a stored proc on the SQL server. Then add data-procedure-callback='function' (where function is a valid javascript function) and any parameters such as data-parameter='Login'. The actual parameter value can be data-bound to a normal binding-scope. To execute the procedure you need to place a button within the procedure-scope and mark it up with data-action='execute'.

If parameter is binded to the lookup, the value which is displayed will be passed to the procedure as parameter.

If you want to use a different value from the lookup than the display value add data-parameter-lookup-value="ID" to the input

function somethingCallback(pError, pResults) { if(pError){ console.log(pError) }else{ console.log(pResults) } }
