Web 4

Web 4 is the new release of web framework in AppFrame.

WebSite CMS

Website CMS is a content management system based on Appframe. It is optimal for corporate, information and documentation sites. The CMS supports dual-language websites, and does not currently support blogs. Sites such as Omega’s homepage and InsideOmega are powered by Website CMS.

Web3 Projects

In Web3 we have made a new sourcecontrol tool – Web3 Projects. It is very similar to CR3 Projects in how we upload/download projects, change versions, handle namespaces etc.

AppFrame Web3

With the new Web3 framework, which were release in build 3 of AppFrame R3, we have focused on making the development and setup much easier than in Web2. We have integrated sourcecontrol into CR3 and are using the same development enviroment as in CR3. This leads to more rapid development of applications.

Setting Up Web3

This document is intended for system personnel and describes setup of the AppFrame CR3 Web3.

Reporting AR

Active Reports has been included as part of AppFrameR3. After facing problems in quite a few reports where we did not manage to create certain reports, we had to implement support for Active Reports. The problems that DevExpress has are related to the cross band box and cross band line. When using this in the detail band where a sub-report are growing, the box and line does not follow the growth of the sub.
